Nod is a proprietary blend of herbs containing 0.165g of dried herb equivalent per 5 drop dose. Contains Californian Poppy, Passionflower, Chamomile, Hops, Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Zizyphus, Valerian, Peppermint, Lime Flower, Manuka in a base of Organic Glycerin, Rose Flower Water, Ethanol, and Aqua.
To begin: For 7 nights take 5-10 drops under your tongue every half hour starting 2-3 hours before bed. To maintain: Take 5-10 drops one hour before bed and once more immediately before bed. If you wake during the night, take up to an additional 3 doses.
Have subscribed for monthly purchase of Nod Sleep Support drops. Waited 5 weeks for first delivery and now it is 2 weeks since I re-ordered and the first contact I’ve had from you is this request for a review. How long does it take for you as a company to deliver to your regular customers?
As so many others have reviewed, do not use this company Communication nearly impossible and 4 orders which were on a monthly subscription was not ceased after I requested when first 2 orders were not received No replies when I communicated no refunds received I am now writing to the Department of Fair Trading NZ Truly find another company to supply a similar product
Terrible Stay away from this company I am still waiting assistance for refund after 4 months of chasing. You cannot call them only email and it’s a huge challenge
Never received the product. Contacted support multiple times but was ignored. Ended up having to dispute the transaction with my bank. DO NOT BUY.
While the product is actually great, the last 2 orders on my subscription have not shipped and Claire is not responding at all to my emails to give me updates as to where the product is.This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with shipping and communication with this company. I understand that shipping is an issue everywhere due to Covid, but giving updates via email shouldn’t be that hard. I can only assume that means she has no plans to actually supply what I have paid for. I really wish they had better supply chains and communication as I would love to continue to support this company and their great product, but as it current operates, I cannot.
